EasyApp is a Waynetech application for finding jobs, monitoring companies, and managing applications. This notice explains how EasyApp uses information when you sign in and use these features.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. EasyApp uses this information to authenticate you and associate your workspace with your account. This sign-in connection does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or calendar.

Your workspace

EasyApp stores the information you provide: job and company inputs, search preferences, saved searches, schedules, profile details, uploaded résumés, application answers, and application history. It uses those records to run your searches, show results, prepare applications, and provide the updates you enable. Requests also include technical information needed to operate the service, such as connection information and error events.

Services and employers

Google and Supabase handle authentication. Fly.io hosts the application and its workers. These service providers process information needed to deliver their services. Search terms and employer URLs may be sent to search and career-page services to find listings. Email delivery services process recipient details and message content when EasyApp sends an account email or an enabled update.

Application information is sent to an employer or its application platform when you authorize submission, including through an automatic-submission setting you select. Employer websites have their own privacy practices.

Browser storage

EasyApp uses browser storage and session information for sign-in, interface preferences, and unfinished search inputs. The “Keep me signed in” choice controls whether your sign-in session persists after you close the browser. Signing out clears the EasyApp authentication session in that browser.

Access and retention

Private workspace records are associated with your account and protected by authenticated access. Saved information is retained to support your workspace, scheduled searches, and application history. You can update available profile and search settings in the app. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information, or to ask about retained records.
